The team were very helpful with all of our group. We had a real mix of beginners and advanced and they were very patient and allowed us to try different boots. We left shoes here and skis/boards which was really handy so we didn’t have to take them home each day. The equipment was good, not brand new, but that might have been down to the package that we took, otherwise it would have been a 5 star rating!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, equipment is well maintained (although their helmets could do with cleaning more often) and cost of hire is reasonable. Conveniently located close to the lifts as well. You can keep your boots in their boot dryers overnight as well, and they have lockers.

Convenient location, good website and decent equipment but our experience was completely let down by the arrogant and dismissive person who fitted our boots and skis. He fobbed us off with badly fitting boots, refused to discuss the equipment and kept on asking us to repeat information we'd already provided online (and which was printed on the bit of paper in front of him). Happily, the other staff in the shop were much more helpful - including a guy who went out of his way to help later in the week when I wanted to swap some equipment. So 3 stars instead of 2!

Very efficient, friendly service despite us turning up 10 minutes before they closed! very good quality equipment, my boots looked new and were very comfortable, had an instructor yesterday who was impressed with my skis and all at a very reasonable price!
