Best ski shop I’ve ever used. The service is phenomenal, they take your stuff out of your hands the minute you arrive back and it’s ready for you the next day. All the staff are friendly and speak excellent English. Prices very good and if I haven’t sold it to you already, it’s the only ski shop I know of with its own dog.

We were a large group of 11, all renting equipment apart from myself. Staff were incredibly helpful and super knowledgeable. They also let me store my own equipment there over night. To the chap wearing the headphones who serviced my snowboard, you did an amazing job, its runs like a knife through butter now! Thanks for everything guys!

I hired skis here for a 4 day trip. The service here is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful. You can leave your skis and boots at the shop each day which is a bonus. The staff can’t do enough to help.

Came here to rent equipment for a half day downhill biking. I initially searched for bike rental places in the area and this one was the clear winner on google maps due to the high level of reviews and it's not hard to see why. Super friendly staff with excellent equipment meant I was in and out (with a lift pass) within 15 minutes (bike, body armour, helmet, knee pads gloves). Total came to around 90 euros for the half day; and they were relaxed about the return time. Will definitely be visiting again!

Having been to numerous ski shops in a variety of resorts over 26 years, i can honestly say Star-Ski is a significat level above all the others. Staff are knowledgeable, incredibly helpful, friendly and the family ownes are trusted advisors.Absolutely exceptional.

It's very close to the lift at Pleney, just a 5 minutes walk, and you can leave your skies there at the end of the day and pick them up again in the morning. In the upper floor there's a little store where you can buy anything you need to ski. The service is good.

Best customer service we got in France! These guys would help take your boots off, carry things upstairs for you, were friendly, nothing too hard. Shop was also conveniently located just 100m from chair lift.
