I have had the pleasure of experiencing Fred's Dinner a few times now and wow, every time it was amazing. Fred knows to turn simple ingredients into an artwork for the mouth and the eyes. You have to try for yourself!

Fred propose des mélanges de saveurs étonnants et excellents. Les instructions pour réchauffer et dresser les plats du menu à emporter (COVID oblige !) sont très bien faites.
La découverte de l'année! En ce contexte difficile et en cette fin d'année 2020, s'offrir un dîner préparé par Fred est un véritable bonheur, un voyage culinaire et un plaisir à ne rater sous aucun prétexte. La gastronomie chez-soi, avec l'impression d'avoir même participé à l'élaboration des menus! Je tenterais bien un jour un cours de cuisine. Sa passion est contagieuse!
