420 service in 25 minutes. Dropped the car off at 8:30, had not started it when we arrived at 16:30. Was finished too late for them to wash it, and i still have a warning of one light not working! I have zero confidence that a full service was even done.

A dealership full of cars (both inside and outside) with lots of people in fancy dress but seemingly idle while those customers who need assistance are left to wait in a queue. And while waiting, getting chased back outside to move one’s BMW because the only place to park is to block someone else. There are simply too many cars for too little place because the ramp up to the parking lot on the roof isn’t finished (perhaps by the end of the year). And why I appreciate this isn’t ideal, the dealership has know about the issue for a while but as found to temporary workaround for their parking problems. Then once we finally reached the service counter, we were told an appointment this week (it was Tuesday lunchtime) was impossible. Who knows what my mother-in-law will experience at the end of the month when she takes her BMW for an important safety recall mandated by BMW as no one could tell us how long the job would take....

While driving from Belgium to Cannes my car give me a first notice to change brakes within 1500km. A new model 5 range, I called for an appointment and they didn’t find 45 minutes of time within 3 days to fit.( I had to go back to Belgium). A fast fitter around the corner did the job just fine! To bad there is no time for people in need.

On DEC 26th, I came to this place to setup an appointment to take a look at my 320d xdrive, which is totally out of balance following a curb hit. I have recently moved to the Cote d'Azur from Austria, and therefore speak very little French. Since setting up an online appointment didn't work ('service not available - please try again later') I decided to set up an appointment in person. Bad call and complete waste of time and energy - after talking to a receptionist (I believe), she pointed me to another desk. After waiting for approximately 20 mins to service 2 clients, it was my turn. With my limited French I asked 'Parlez vous Anglais' - to which I received a rather blank stare followed by a NO. No further attempt at all was made to perhaps find someone who might speak a few sentences of English, so I left. Later, back in my office, I had the help of my French colleague, who attempted to setup an appointment for me. After 8 !! unsuccessful attempts, she finally managed to speak to a person. The only advise she was given was 'why don;t you try one of the local repair shops ?' who - of course - wouldn't touch a new BMW because of all the electronics which requires a BMW specialist. No apointment option was offered. Trying my luck with another BMW centre tomorrow but as far as this place is concerned, my recommendation is AVOID AT ALL COST - especially if you speak limited French.

Not the usual BMW service-level in respect to communication and repair-time to say the least.

Impossible to park! Why moving to a new place to fix the major parking problem that existed in Le Cannet to have it again? You don't feel in premium world at all that way...

What a dump, i cannot express how poor the customer service is here, it's completely lost on them. The location is a nightmare. There is no customer parking. They couldn't diagnose what was wrong with my Mini within a reasonable price and timeframe. In fact they weren't even aware that i had already picked up my car. The receptionist has no clue (dont believe them when they say your car is ready, save yourself a wasted journey). The dealer principal will get into an argument with you given the slightest chance. I just ordered a radiator pipe the other day, the guy came out and looked at the pipe and ordered it - the wrong one was ordered!
