BMW drivers can also puncture a tire. This happened to my during a trip in the South of France. The closest BMW garage was only 3 KM from my hotel in Mougins. I went there and within 20 Minutes my tire was fixed and I was on my way again.. to my surprise this was a free of charge service.. thanks for your instant support.. Rob Leesberg

Worse experience I have ever had with an atelier. I bought a second hand GS1200 '17 and I had a problem with my clutch after a bit more than 2 months. I went to this store (that's where the bike had always been serviced) and the guy at the entrance refused to listen to me saying I should take an appointment. That's what we did then and he fixed an appointment in 3 weeks. When I came three weeks later they tested the bike and they agreed that there is a problem with the clutch but they couldn't take it at that moment as they had to check first if it was under my personal warranty. They never called back, I had to call them back one week later to find out that the warranty had asked them to send some pictures of the damaged clutch. We then fixed another appointment for 2 weeks later (yesterday) to open the bike and send the picture to the warranty, agreeing on the fact that even if that wouldn't be covered I would pay for it as the bike is difficult to be ridden in this way. When I came to the atelier for the 3rd time the same guy said that they didn't have ordered yet a clutch for my bike and that they didn't have a replacement bike for me. He said he would have been able to get the clutch the day after and fix the bike in the same day. I left the atelier knowing that I should have brought the bike there the day after (today). Yesterday he called me to say that they were not able to get the clutch and that he would have called me to tell me when this is available. Two months have passed and still I can't get my bike fixed. Everything you would not expect from a BMW official store. I will refer my experience also to BMW France.

Dreadful customer service. We drove to the garage as no one on the phone could help in English. The service receptionist was totally unhelpful, showing no interest in our problem . He even said we could not look at the cars on display, as they were closed!!!. We left in despair. No resolution to our mini Coopers problem. so much for dealers offering ongoing service

Un grand Merci à Lucie Mure, Responsable carrosserie Lecoq à la concession BMW Bayern Avenue pour son accueil, son écoute, son professionnalisme. Merci aussi à sa collègue qui a assuré la prise en charge de mon carrosse. La réparation a été parfaitement réalisée. Cerise sur le gâteau, 2 jours en véhicule de courtoisie 116i flambant neuve en boîte auto sans frais ! C'est top ! Bravo !
