Louis is an incredible, very dedicated and caring coach. I have been working with him for 6 weeks, we have set up 2 workouts per week and a special diet. I have already lost 10.5 kg and I feel great! Thank you for everything.
I met Louis in the USA the time he was there. Amazing workout with a friendly and very kind personal trainer. The sessions can sometimes be challenging but they’re always rewarding. Louis is a very reliable and punctual person . He always controls any of my positons, checking if everything’s fine , he makes the session a unique moment where you can focus on yourself and let it go . I’ve never been injured, always increasing my fitness and that was the big difference with Louis and the others. During the training, he is at 1000% , paying attention to details so that you can perform at your best ! Top person and top fitness coach !

Louis is a great coach with amazing background. I trained with him during the time he was in Texas, great guy with a lot of energy, he knows exactly how functions the human body, each training with him was a step forward, I had a lot fun, best fitness coach so far.
Louis est un coach super top ! Un vrai travail personnalisé selon nos objectifs avec des résultats très efficaces. Il est super sympa et très à l’écoute. La salle de sport est absolument nickel, propreté impeccable, constamment désinfectée avec des purificateurs d’air. Très contente, je recommande absolument !
Louis est vraiment un coach incroyable qui a su me motiver et m'accompagner dans l'atteinte de mes objectifs sportifs. Je ne suis pas du tout une grande sportive, et pour la première fois j'ai l'impression de vraiment avancer et d'obtenir des résultats. Louis fait toujours preuve de beaucoup de bienveillance et sait s'adapter à vos besoins. Concernant sa salle : vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés : la salle est incroyablement propre, tout est désinfecté en permanence et les purificateurs d'air Dyson offrent une qualité d'air incroyable. Bref c'est le top !
Très bonne expérience. Louis est un coach très sympa et vraiment professionnel qui s'adapte à mes besoins et sait écouter et motiver pour atteindre les objectifs. Les entrainements sont variés ce qui évite la lassitude de toujours faire la même chose. La salle est top, très bien équipée et petit plus en ce moment, il y a des purificateurs d'air partout, les machines sont désinfectées et à chaque utilisation. La partie douche est top, avec des produits de bonne qualité à dispo. Je recommande sans hésiter!
