Indeed, as indicated by an earlier reviewer, the hours are 9 am to noon, Monday to Friday. We were pleased with the friendly reception and the cooperative response to the stressful situation we were in of having to replace a lost passport.
It's great to feel welcomed by my people in a foreign country. Dno't change a thing friendly canadians.
