Many kind of good quality glasses

conseillers do not have enough information about their job. I had to go there 4 times during almost six months to solve the problem of my documents, each time new person and a new game without any result.
Super experience! I had the pleasure of being helped by Beatrice and Josiane in early march before this confinement. Came in May 18th to finally pick up my glasses and was helped by a very nice young man. The best experience from all three associates and the rest of the team. Great customer service! Thank you so much. Special shot out though to Mrs. Beatrice. Vous êtes vraiment exceptionnel , sincère, et très agréable !!
Went in to have a bent hinge on my Maui Jim's repaired. The optician repaired the hinge beautifully, no questions asked and then wished me a good day. Now that's great service!
Complete waste of time. Booked an appointment on their website, received text confirmation. Arrived on time only to be told no one was available because everyone was on their lunch break! What is the point of making an appointment? Absolute jokers, do not waste your time with them.
I was hesitating to go to this shop as the opinions are quite negative, but I passed by and wanted to see large selection. As in few moments there was a shop assistant helping me to find suitable glasses for reading/computer, once I was hesitating between two pairs I was invited to go to firs floor where they have other specialist. There I was able to make up my mind and decide which pair I would like to get. I was also informed that I will have reduction on second pair. I was tempted to get another reeding glasses but finally ordered one pair only that day. My glasses were ready following week of which I was informed by sms. When I went to the shop to pick them up I was informed that I can have reduction also for sun glasses. I couldn't make up my mind but patient shop assistant helped me with choice. Unfortunately sunglasses that I picked at first did not felt that great even adjustment, so I had tried some other with different shop assistant. Finally success, they made sure sunglasses are perfectly adapted to my face. REALLY GREAT SERVICE, HUGE CHOICE AND COMPETITIVE PRICES. CANNOT RECOMMEND IT MORE
I went in ready to buy some frames that I had seen online, and could not get anybody in the store to help me. Now I'm even more upset because I can't order the ones I tried on at the store from any website. Horrible experience all around, best to avoid.
I needed an emergency pair of glasses after a friend's kid snapped mine in half during a little playful wrestling. I came in panicked and cranky and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. I picked up the new pair the next day. I come in occasionally when I need to have them adjusted and the staff is always friendly and willing to lend a hand. When the time comes to buy another pair, I wouldn't hesitate to buy here again.
