Terrible!! Personnel not well informed, not providing solutions and not caring about offering a quality service. I now go to Ste Maxime, its far away but the service is way better

worst customer service ever!!!!!! manager hides in her office during busy hours and her staff is worthless, youngsters without experience trying to solve peoples problems, it isnt funny when you have to deal with them, run away from this store they are useless

Personnel ultra agressif sans raison, sans la moindre provocation. Des commentaires ahurissants jusqu'a des accusations de fraude en tant que professionnel pour justifier de ne pas vouloir s'occuper de quelqu'un dont la tête ne leur revenait pas. Jamais vu ça de ma vie, honnêtement. Réactions incompréhensibles.
