Bike needed urgent repair following collision with motorbike. Called them to check availability. Waited 25mn at the door before they show up. Refused to take the bike arguing that there were work in progress in the shop. Sent me elsewhere with my non working bike on the shoulder. If you want a no-service service, this is your place.

A good advice: do not buy or hire a bike in this shop. If you try well good luck !! They only want your money and the bikes they don t care really. See the comments of other persons ill treated or having been cheated in a way on another. See the very bad marks on google - 2.9 out of 5 ah ah ah !!!! - and see the comments from so many people. Frankly speaking there are other shops in Paris. NEVER GO TO THIS SHOP NEVER EVER !! BEST ADVICE IN TOWN !!!! See also on tripadvisor the very bad marks which should make you run !!!!!!! Your money is the only thing this crazy guy wants !!!!
Had a very good experience renting a bike for a 2 day trip. The bike was in great shape, and of good quality. The staff were very helpful. Recommended!
Great shop! Management aand staff gave good advice and noticed things on my road bike to upgrade and fix. They take good care of their equipment, and I would rent from them again. Manager and staff speak better English than I spoke French. Very helpful.
A nice place with great bikes! The store was a tad chaotic, but the manager was very nice to speak to, and the whole weekend was overall great!

I want to write review because before i go here I see some mixed review. We had an excellent experience here. We rented the bike with box in front for two kids. I arrive in morning with no prior booking and I has able to rent bike and be on my way in less than 15 minutes. they were very helpful. They adjust the seat and show me what I need to know. They do hold ID for security but no money for deposit. I gave them my Canadian driver's license to hold. Really good experience and bike is the best way to see Paris.
