Many things to say. The LOCATION was excellent. Near Notre Dame, on a good avenue. It was very good cause I went out at night and I felt safe. The neighbourhood was very nice. The apartment was ok. as promised. Now, on the negative side WIFI DID NOT WORK AT ALL. I complained about this and they didn't give me an answer. I am from Argentina and my phone did not work without WIFI cause I hadn't purchased a SIM card. Fortunately, I met an Argentian person in the building and he allowed me to use his WIFI, otherwise it would have been really bad for me. The day I arrived at the apartment the owner had given me the wrong key (I had read that this had happened, so i was smart to ask them the wifi code in advance! So that if the key did not work, well i can message them immediately) BUT THE WIFI DIDNT WORK! So I had to go to McDonalds and email them from there to ask for the proper code, which they game me immediately. So, i would say location EXCELLENT! but they need to improve those little things about service. I was there on FEB 2019 and I saw signs on the walls that homeless people had been found sleeping inside the building,

Poor service and property requires renewal, old towels, we had no hot water for the first night as well reception desk not helpful at all. People walk in who ever wants, despite the fact you are still in the property. Very disappointed.The only good thing is the location.

The weekend of 28 to 30 September I stayed here with my girlfriend. It is a basic apartment with a plus for the location. However, on the day of arrival we were informed that the room had been double booked. We had placed the booking more than 6 months in advance. Fortunately, this was quickly resolved by the property. The next morning we were rudely awakened by construction workers who were busy for maintenance: welding, grinding, drilling. This was not announced. Suddenly our room door opened and the construction workers stood in the apartment while we were still in bed! Outright infringement of our privacy! The accommodation wanted to make up for this with a free breakfast on Sunday. We had to check out at 11:00 and this breakfast was delivered at 10:55. We could not eat this camly in the room anymore. Check out later than 11:00 will result in a 50 fine. Also a mockery! For good service and price / quality ratio I would recommend to book somewhere else. We will never come back here!

bad. I absolutely discourage you, I'm a person who never makes bad reviews but this time I feel obliged to warn you that we were without light for 1 day and no one offered assistance, no one answered the phone. radiators turned off with 5 degrees outside, without light, dirty towels, dirty blankets and used by those who were previously there, the hot water to take a shower was not there! really bad !!!!

Some many things were wrong due to disorganisation. The things were: 1. Codes to the apartment were wrong so I was stuck outside until I had to call reception, which was a call centre. 2. Ordered breakfast to be delivered to the apartment between 8-8:30 and nothing came. Called reception who said the driver was trying to call me (I received no missed calls) and that she’ll call the driver now and get back to me. She didn’t call back. So ended up waiting more than an hour. At the end of the day... I went to get breakfast outside. Tip: just stay at a 4-Star hotel.

Unfortunately the stay in the apartment was disgusting. On arrival the last code did not work. I had to call for more than 10 minutes. That costs me at least 50 Euros. The internet didn't work until Monday. This cost me at least 30 Euros. But more important: the hygiene of the apartment is really horrible. On the towels there were traces of old excrement and blood.

Worst customer service EVER. We booked the wrong dates by mistake for this apartment for July 2019. They would not even consider changing the dates and all they cared about was to take our money. Beware of this company because they are NOT customer friendly and would do nothing to help us. They only care about their money. It's a rip off. If you want to be safe avoid using this company.
