Great Mexican food. Totally recommend the cheesy quesadilla and tacos. Just missing an extra star as there were less options in the menu if you are a vegetarian.

It's a great place to have fun and delicious tacos nice service. Even you are alone but you won't feel lonely here! The waitress and waiter can speak English. And I think I just met the owner, she's so nice people. I took a lot of selfies with the traditional hat and fake heard! I love here!

Absolutely amazing food and service. I have been in Mexico a few times and Chilam's cuisine was definitely on the same level. Much better than any other Mexican restaurants I've eaten at in Paris.

I've tried lots of Mexican restaurants in Paris and I should say the quality here was fabulous. The guacamole was so fresh and tasty and the whole dish was 5/5. The restaurant was super clean (unlike typical Mexican restaurants), the ambience was nice and the staff were kind. BUT, there is a big but for the management that I hope they take seriously. They have lots of customers and few staff and that puts a huge pressure on them to take orders, clean the tables, make the cocktails and welcome new customers. This pressure makes lots of unpleasant waiting and misunderstanding between staff and customers. I really wish the manager takes my comment seriously and hire more staff for the weekend, I actually loved this place and I wanted them to be able to continue. Wish you best and wait for the next time to change my review to 5 stars.

Amazing hole-in-the-wall, right off the Pletzl inside the Marais. Having relocated to Paris a few months ago, we were missing authentic Mexican food, and Chilam definitely hit the spot! Every dish is loaded with flavor, using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients inspired by traditional Mexican recipes. Definitely try the restaurant's \midi\ prix-fixe menu, which includes your choice of two tacos, a quesadilla, and Mexican salad. Their \sexy\ guac and house-made salsa are must-tries, too! The chef and co-owners (a Mexican-Italian duo) are super friendly, taking the time to explain the menu, answer any questions we had, and check up on us during the meal. We will definitely be coming back!

Really amazing food and great service. Didn’t think Mexican food would be so good in Paris!
