I had cataract surgery for on my right eye performed by Dr. Nguyen-Khoan 15 days ago. I am extremely pleased with the whole process. The doctor has an excellent bedside manner, is very experienced and the procedure was completely pain free, not even a hint of discomfort. His staff are also great, through, professional, friendly and helpful. I have had 2 follow up appointments all included in the price. I am looking forward to having my left eye done in a couple of months. It is also really nice to have a doctor who speaks fluent English. I cannot recommend Dr. Nguyen-Khoa enough. Thank You to the doctor and his staff.

The secretary called me and asked me to move my son's appointment from 17h45 to 16h30 and I agreed. We got in to see the doctor at 17h35! When we finally got into his office he offered no apology. Asked why we were there and I explained my son's eye has been watering for 5 months and the pediatrician told me to bring him to an optomologist. Then he yelled at me to tell him why I brought my son in. I told him my son's symptoms a second time. He told me what was wrong with my son and explained how to treat him. He might be a good doctor but he was rude and unprofessional. I would advise going to see someone else.
I went in for an eye infection. He was not there and I was seen by a very young doctor that told me she didn' t know what i had and that my pain was probably caused by contact lenses. She was very inaccurate and didn't ask me any questions. She prescribed an eye cream without telling me it was an antibiotic cream or asking me about my allergies. Later on that afternoon, after buying the cream, I discovered that it was indeed an antibiotic cream and that I was allergic to that antibiotic.All of this after paying 80 euros for the visit. I then had to rush to a second doctor who immediately diagnosed me and prescribed the right medicines. He should be reported to the ordre des medecins as this is not only a theft, and unacceptable, but prescribing antibiotic medecines without asking about allergies is extremely dangerous. Paris is full of doctors, don' t go here.
He is the worst doctor i have ever seen. He was not listening and not replaying any of my question, he was so rude and didnt even know the international name of my illness! Hardly believe that he is a doctor! Worst experinence ever!
This doctor will fight for you until you get healed or get better! In two words : very professional
A fuir , sincèrement ! je suis venue avec ma fille alors âgée de 6 ans, elle se souvient encore et est marquée par ce soit disant médecin qui lui a CRIÉ dessus car elle a confondu sa gauche de sa droite et qu'elle n'a su déchiffrer les chiffres et lettres lors du test. Il lui a clairement dit qu'elle faisait exprès ; ma fille est sortie en pleure et moi choquée après 1h d'attente pour 5 min de consultation expéditive et coûteuse. Je le redis ; A FUIR . Cet homme doit être surmené ou présente des troubles de dépression. J'écris aussi tardivement car elle porte depuis de cette date des lunettes ( après vu consulté un vrai ophtalmo ) et ma fille âgée de 9 ans m'évoque encore cette mésaventure.
Mauvaise expérience. Pendant l’opération de mon œil droit, sur l'effet de l’anesthésie générale, il m'a crié dessus parce j'ai pris du temps pour regarder la droite. Lui: VOUS NE SAVEZ PAS QU'EST-CE QUE C'EST LA DROITE? ( le français n'est pas ma langue maternelle) Il avait l'air fâche ce jour là. Peu après il a crie avec son équipe aussi. A la fin de l’opération j'ai pleuré à cause de ça. Je déconseille!!!
Quinquagénaire avec une forte myopie (-8,5), j'ai été opéré par Dr Nguyen Khoa en 2016 pour une cataracte. Dr Nguyen Khoa a répondu à mes nombreuses questions orales et écrites avec beaucoup de précision. Il m'a également expliqué les avantages et les risques ainsi que les autres choix possibles ou pas. Il m'a donc bien rassuré pour lui confier mes yeux et l'opération a été plus que réussie ... Une vie sans lunettes depuis 5 ans ! Depuis cette opération, je n'ai jamais été déçu par les consultations annuelles dans son cabinet. Merci docteur pour votre compétence et efficacité !
