I returned in disaster because of the covid, ef offers me a credit that can not be done because here I am now in work-study for a new training. I am outraged because they do not answer any of my mail. I paid for my classes with my own student money. So I did not finish my training in Ireland and lost my money, i.e. 4000 ... In addition my luggage took 6 months to come back including 1 bag of all moldy clothes, and there is no question. Me who hoped to take full advantage of these courses in Ireland, well I am very disappointed with the way and. They let us down, that is not the image I had of this school. The director #kellygerber gives no sign of life Its big fake

Don't trust EF! Waiting for my REFUND! Worst refund policy ever. They keep the money for 2 years \because the gov allows them to do so\. It's definitely unfair practices that damage your image and client service. Don't put your money there they'll keep it! 2 years after, If you wanna get your money back, you will have to send a letter to the main desk saying that you won't use the credit note they gave to you to stock your money for 2 years! EF is a Greedy company using unfair practices that ruins their client for its own interest. Farewell Marc Elriz

One of my best experiences. I’ve spent 8 weeks here. The teachers are professional and treat you really well, especially Agathe and Élahe.

Brigid Delaney was extremely kind and resourceful as my trip advisor! She checked up on me periodically and answered all of my questions. She even went above and beyond to make sure someone could answer my questions if she wasn't in the office. I ended up not going through with the program due to some scheduling conflicts on my end, but it's clear that the staff at EF truly cares about giving you the best experience possible.

They have an aggressive approach and don't refund your money back after that! Shall not be trusted!

I have mixed feelings... I now was the second time at EF Paris and both times it wasn’t always that great to study there. Well let me explain: Living in Paris is nice. Like very nice! I love the city, i love the people, i love everything about Paris! It’s just like the school can be very boring. There are some teachers which are really great and you really wont be that bored. But there are also teachers which will make the lessons seam like years. In the end i felt like i didn’t really learn a thing in school... which is not a good sign isn’t it? Well i did eventually learn french, because i had many interactions with natives. I also realized why i should learn french. I really fell in love with the language. With this new mindset, it’s way easier to learn the language. I also met many people from all over the world, and made many new friends. So yeah, even tough school itself wasn’t that great, I really had a great time with EF. PS: I heard the Host-Families are really bad. Go to a residence. Thank me later!
