I went to the embassy twice in the past year (for different reasons) and both times, I had a great experience. I wasn't sure how they would be handling things during the pandemic but I was pleasantly surprised. Employees are efficient and very nice. Work is also done in a timely manner.

So many people on here had a bad experience with the Embassy. Why didn't you hire an immigration lawyer in Canada to help you? If you Google my name, you can find the name of my company. We can connect you to an immigration lawyer who can get you a visa. This will save you time and money. I don't understand why people try to learn immigration law themselves.

I honestly had low expectations after reading the reviews... was not excited to go and get an emergency document to get myself home after getting my passport stolen. But I must say, the service was beyond amazing and they really worked hard to make sure they could accommodate me to try and get me home ASAP! Very pleased

Very very disappointed! They do not deserve one star even. I have already missed my flight to another country because they still process my visa! Its been more than a week! They do not respond emails neither phone calls.The guy in the reception connects you automatic message system on the phone. He says he is not in charge. If you are not in charge, what is he doing there then? I applied a lot of different visa till now, i have never seen such a thing. God knows when i can get my visa.

i had a really bad experience here. i had to get an emergency passport for travel the following week. i had to speak to three people back to back and DEMAND that i let be in as i am a canadian citizen. each one of them tried to turn me away. it was extremely frustrating - especially after living in london and always feeling welcomed and treated with amazing respect. if you're in europe and traveling and can do so, i would avoid.
