Very poor service and zero help with clearly defective product, even to discuss it or to help me connect with Garmin to remedy the situation. Not recommended.

This shop is one of the best bike shops in Paris. I got my Specialized cross trail from it. There a very nice and professional guy there, his name is Guillaume. he is very helpful and informative. I really like this shop not just because the great service, also because Guillaume speaks good English.

Nice shop, they know what they are talking about, they nice and they don't try to sell you thing you don't need. I decided to go with them for my last bike purchase and the experience was great. The following month I been there twice for adjustments and they where as nice and competent as when selling, with a really great bonus: once they find out that you're interested in understanding how things works, they will actually teach you, so you can help yourself. Altogether it's been a top notch experience, from purchasing to keeping it in top condition. If you're into bikes, or want to get into, it's a great place to go. Jolie boutique, bonne gamme, bon staff.

I was quite worried about entering the shop after reading some of the comments here. I had done some research online and landed on a Specialized bike that I wanted to see firsthand. I came to the shop where I was greeted nicely, and spent some time discussing and comparing bikes with the staff. They were nice and informative, and helped me out narrow the scope of my search to find the best bike for me, which I eventually bought. All in all the service was great and I felt in good hands.

I came here to request the replacement of a specialized light purchased years ago in Italy and subject to recall. In less than a week I was contacted and I was given a brand new light. Very friendly and professional. Furthermore, they speak English very well.
