There is a cliché that most people know, that the French can't make coffee. I can also confirm this, because coffee does not have the same importance as in Italy and therefore the quality suffers from it - not at Fringe coffee - here the coffee preparation is taken very seriously. Fringe coffee can be differentiated from this cliché, because here you get one of the best coffees in town, if not the best. The cappuccino as well as the espresso are very high quality. The homemade cakes are a good accompaniment to the coffee. The ambience is well thought-out and inviting

Small coffee shop with very tasty coffee and wonderful cookies!! They also have breakfast plates (avo toast etc) so the selection although essential is great! I'd take a star off because of the lack of space inside (the tables are a bit too close together which doesn't really allow social distancing) and the wait for the coffee when busy is quite long! But it's worth the wait!

Great coffee and enjoyed the granola yoghurt and fruit. Nice little cafe away from the tourist area. My friend had the homemade bread - said it was delicious. Living in London, find the cost of a latte/flat white in Paris pretty high at 5 but apparently that is standard.
