Very helpful. Best price. Not much stock. It's the kind of place that you order from. They also have good support for small businesses. For example, you can buy a guarantee for a year or two, so the will immediately replace anything defective instead of making you get it repaired if possible, which may take weeks. See if your online retailer can match that...

Reliable and excellent service. Convenient to order, walk and pick-up purchase. Very bearable wait for my stuff to be at the counter. Friendly and helpful staff, they agreed to open a graphics card box to check whether it came with a low-profile bracket before I took my order. Recommended.

Their hardware selection is interesting as they also have bargain low-end products. Staff is kind but the store feels awfully cheap (dim lights and buggy automated cashiers). Their maintenance service caters to some problems but some usually widespread ones are not dealt with. (ie. Malware removal)

I had a partition failure and was quickly looking for an external hard drive. Found this place by accident and was very presently surprised. The prices are good and the process was quick and painless ... so much that I ended up buying a whole NAS instead of a single drive :)

Needed a DELL 24” monitor urgently, found the shop by luck in Google. A metro ride there and back plus 10mins in the shop later I was back on business. The shop inventory is online so you can check and even purchase before you pickup, or have delivered. Be warned, it’s probably not a place to go browsing as there is not much on display, sort of like Argos in the UK.
