Lovely well thought out apartment in a great location. Really easy to get to public transport and surrounded by cool cafe's, restaurants and shopping. The kitchen is well equipped with a pod coffee machine and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Had to space out showers by 20 minutes or so due to hot water but that was easy enough to manage. Would have loved to get some local tips at check-in. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay in Paris was great. The location was excellent and within walking distance to many restaurants, wonderful patisseries, groceries and many major attractions. The apartment was beautiful, spacious,comfortable, clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Florence was excellent host. Communication was great.very prompt to reply to my messages every time I contacted her. We would stay here again and definitely recommend Florence home to anyone seeking a place to stay in Paris. Thank you again Florence.
Great apartment in Paris with a lovely roof terrace that we made the most of. Has many modern furnishings and everything you need whether you want to stay in or go out. Communication was smooth and effective. 100% recommend.
We absolutely loved our stay! The flat that we stayed in is incredibly large for central Paris and really is perfect for a week in the city. You'll find easy to access to train stations (which also provide easy access to the airport and Eurostar), markets, metros, or you can just walk. Great communication and very receptive to improvement ideas.
Place is in an awesome part of town (check out Fauve brewing if you like beer!) and perfect for a single traveler/2 friends or a couple. Solid place all around!
They manage Airbnb properties on behalf of owners. Pleasant to deal with, and happy to answer questions, quickly. Always asking if they can help and have extra prompts for you to communicate and review them which is nice (the follow ups are good). Personally I would prefer if the check in process was not outsourced, but done in house (not necessarily by the owner, but someone who at least has stepped foot in the property before, and ideally has been the one communicating with the guest). Having said that - if I were a host, I would be looking at using a company like this to manage my property for me.
We had a very nice stay. The apartment was clean, attractive and comfortable, well equipped and with a good location. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. We look forward to staying there again.
