Please do not book this hotel. The owners are very dishonest people who will grab your money and then lie to you. Do yourself a favour and find another place to stay in Paris. You can't do much worse than this.
Very dishonest - do yourself a favour and do not book this hotel. Once they have your money, you are on your own. Refused to refund or provide a voucher even with two months' notice. Terrible customer service. Would give it a zero if I could.

We are currently at the apartment via Airbnb. Top floor, 1st apartment to the right of the stairs with Philippe and Cecilia. DO NOT STAY HERE PLEASE. There is only 1 litter box for 2 cats. When I arrived a week ago, the entrance smelled like cat poop. It still smells like cat poop. My friend who was staying with me in the apartment arrived about 6 days later. We had to 100% change the litter box as the old urine and small cat feces had been left with layers of old cat litter. We then discovered a dark corner filled with old cat poop. This looks as if it had been there for weeks, perhaps months. The mountain of cat poop looks like stone pebbles as it has been there for so long..: Airbnb could only help get us 30% of the charges back. This is absurb. The owner tried to send a cleaning person to come, but we don't think they actually showed up? He claimed we were lying via airbnb?! We have photos dated for each evening! There is still a corner of cat poop at the entrance. This is extremely unsanitary and could spread disease.
I just purchase a 3 night stay at HolidaysInParis - Bourg Tibourg a studio apartment and wanting to cancell due to unforeseen circumstances. The owner does not permit a refund. Which he says against the policy which it was just few hours of the stupid policy. I am very upset for inhumanity of the owner and forced to stay in the studio apartment. And the stay is another 2 months later. What a crap
Hi I need your advise I am interested in your apt for 3 nights from 9th may to 12th may my only concern is that i would be coming from geneva & reaching paris by 11 pm in the night thro tgv train is that ok at your end & will you be there to hand over the keys & also if you can guide me how to reach from Paris Gare lyon station thanks
