Hotel in great location and fantastic service. We had a problem with our booking and check in but David was super helpful with arranging a solution. Thank you David for making our stay more comfortable. The hotel has a chic decor, great breakfast and a lovely Spa. Only down side is the size of the room that unfortunately was too small. The shower was amazing though. Would certainly recommend the hotel and will come back when I have another opportunity.
Sharing my poor experience with this hotel. They simply do not reply emails regarding COVID-19 cancellation which caused significant delays in my travel insurance claims from May till July and its not settled. Unlike other hotels who will straight forwardly share with you their refund policy even if you book through booking platforms which makes things transparent. This hotel hides behind booking platforms and does not treat you like their customer. Such a poor experience tells you a lot about their service and whether they are there to help their customers if there is a problem. I do not recommend this hotel to travellers especially during this period of uncertainty.
I have stayed in many hotels during my visits to Paris but this little gem is by far my favorite! I truly enjoyed the chic decor. The staff was beyond pleasant and extremely helpful. The location was perfect..definitely if you come to Paris for retail therapy. The spa was the break one needs from the hustle and bustle of the city and the breakfast..well, it’s definitely not your typical continental breakfast! I will definitely be returning!
Would highly recommend hotel dress code and spa! The location is very convenient and there is a grocery store right next to the hotel. The rooms are clean and the view is nice. The bathroom is amazing and even has a speaker inside. David at the front desk was so helpful and welcoming. If you ever need a locals perspective on anything in Paris make sure to ask David. All of his recommendations were spot on.
I loved the hotel! The staff was incredible friendly, the breakfast was great, good location, amazingly decorated & furnished, very clean, but I'll give four stars because my room was really small. Just to picture it, I couldn't open my medium size luggage because it was on my way somehow.
Good location, we stayed for 2 nights. But not worth 4 stars and your money. The standard room was very small for the price you pay. We stayed in room 405. The airconditioning did not work, it’s november and we had to sleep with the window open, because it was too hot. The most disappointing was the service. From the first day we had a clogged sink, it took one hour before the water was drained. The next morning we told reception about the issue. When we returned in the evening, the sink was still clogged. We called reception to solve the issue again. But he told us that he wasn’t able to do anything. He didn’t want to come and inspect. And told us to wait for the next morning. We had to brush our teeth and wash our hands/face in the shower. This was so uncomfortable. We also asked for a different room, but he told us the hotel was fully booked. Instead of offering us help he didn’t do anything. Bad communication and service from the staff. The next morning we spoke with the manager. He was polite, but he said that he couldn’t do anything about it at that moment. We will definitely not come back to this hotel.
Decent stay although they should have made me aware that the steam room was out of order, they made a mistake on the room and overall a bit amateur.
