Booked steam cleaner for Saturday morning. With my confirmation printed, I go to the location, only to discover it’s closed. A yellow tape is covering the opening hours for Saturday. No other notice, no mention on the website, and I still was able to book the machinery. I call the free assistance, but there is only a registered message, after which the call is closed, tried twice. I look if another phone number exists for assistance, it does, but the cost is 2.99/call2.99/minuteprice of the call. Fair enough Kiloutou, you wasted enough of my time and money. NEVER MORE.
