Great experience! Note that you can't book a table in advance, but have to queue. However, this is an interesting experience in itself, provided you have the time. Because they take your name and recommend you wait in a bar next door. We sat outside while we waited, which is great during the summer. They encourage you to take a photo of the menu to start planning ... It probably took an hour for us to be called, but if you know in advance and can occupy yourself, then you should be good. Wouldn't recommend it to families with young children though. Once inside you really can imagine yourself in a little street somewhere in Japan, it seems very authentic. I'm no ramen specialist, but the food was excellent. I had one that was spicy, and it was just the right spicy, not too much, but really present. Great service with good advice, too. Will be back!

First time having a true ramen in Paris. My wife and I had a hard time finding anything close to authentic in a while. We waited over an hour and 45 minutes to be seated and it was worth the wait! The place is charming and well decorated. It definitely deserves all the hype it gets. Lots of locals. You can even grab a drink at their next door neighbors and they'll call your name when your table is ready.

Very nice interior and tasty food. The prices are alright for a Parisian restaurant. And the food is really good good enough to have a michelin star at least.

Let's be honest...most Asian (and any type of Asian) restaurants in Paris are just disappointing, especially compared to London or Amsterdam. But this place is good! Our wait was long (45 min on a rainy weekday evening at around 9 pm) but the food was amazing and so worth the wait. Really delicious vegan ramen! It's vegetarian so just tell them you don't want egg on/in it. If you don't want to wait, maybe go at opening! Not to miss.

Ramen is a bit expensive but very nice! The rice pudding is worthy to try too

Filling, flavorful and delicious! My favorite is the chicken ramen. Wow, the chicken is supremely tender and the broth is brilliantly full bodied. The chicken melts in your mouth like it’s butter. Absolutely addictive! This place is always packing! The line outside is super long every time I’ve visited and it’s totally worth the wait. They don’t serve grape wine here but there have a small beer list and serve Japanese drinks including wine made of prunes. once you eat here, Ippudo will be history! The only downside: it’s super small, a bit congested and dark.

We were able to get in quick as a party of two, despite the line of 15 or so people waiting at the door. The ambiance in this place is really something special, complete with sounds and sights that make you feel like you’re sitting in a small Japanese place. The food is really delicious- great broths, tender meats, and perfect toppings. Be prepared spend some time waiting; but in my opinion, it’s well worth it.

Simply amazing, the place has a very nice and, though intense, welcoming atmosphere. The food was really great and the people too. There's usually a queue to enter, so big groups might wait a while. If you go by yourself it might be very fast, I waited less than 15 minutes. The price is fair and the ingredients are high quality.
