We can say they have choice. You can get chocolate here too. I tried a chausson framboise. Some mini vienoiseries but both not fresh.

This was a great experience seeing how the bread is made. Joseph was fantastic and a very proud baker willing to show us how to do it. Well worth a visit

The Chef changed like 4 months ago. This is now absolutely disgusting, and still the most expensive bakery around. Croissants taste like wet cardboard. Any low end bakery with average prices would do the trick better than this one. Avoid it.
