Lokim has been taking care of our apartment in Paris for 7 years now. She is punctual, professional, responsive and most importantly has our own interest at heart. The agency takes care of everything for us and responds to all emails we send. The apartment is always occupied and maintained and we are always informed of everything. High recommendation! Throughout the entire process, they are definitely not responsive. Contacted them to visit an apartment. They replied and I actually got to visit it. Unfortunately, I couldnt get it and they asked if I found another which I'm interested in. Sent them, asked for updates and have not got a reply ever since.
Good studios for students and young professionals. The rental process was very swift and they even accept foreign guarantors. My agent was friendly and responsive to any problem that arose during my tenancy. Getting a landlord reference after I had moved out was very quick and they were also able to write it in English which was appreciated. Only negative: the wardrobe door that was broken when I moved in stayed broken until my departure as no handyman managed to fix it. Any other difficulty was purely down to the Paris/French system which is not always the easiest to navigate.
Great service. Marie and Jeong were very responsive and helpful. Would recommend for internationals looking for an English-speaking service.
Horrible experience with this agency. They charged us 50 euros (!!!) because one bulp in the flat didn't work after we left the flat. Further they charged us around 70 euros because we did not wash the sheets of our bed after we left (handover of the flat was in the morning of the day we left. So how were we supposed to wash and dry them anyways?). After we wrote several emails saying that it is absolutely outrages to charge 50 euros for a bulp and 70 euros for the sheets, they threaten us saying that they will sue us if we put negative comments on the internet.
Expérience catastrophique Visite d’un appartement par un agent immobilier parlant très mal français et ne connaissant rien de la configuration de l’appartement et de ses équipements (type et localisation des chauffages, tableau électrique...). Relances par email sans jamais de retour sur nos questions. Échanges par la suite avec la directrice qui n’est pas joignable par téléphone et dont le temps de réponse est assez long. Après 2 semaines de relance, nous n’avons toujours pas de retour écrit sur notre dossier complet et sur notre visite. Manque total de transparence : appartement disponible initialement pour une durée de 12 mois que la propriétaire veut ensuite transformer en 6 mois...Perte de temps & absence de professionnalisme pour cette agence!
Des frais d'agence très élevés pour des appartements qui ne sont même pas suivis par l'agence, je me suis retrouvé dans un logement sale et avec des défauts
Agence avec un suivi client à la hauteur, la vente de mon appartement c’est très bien déroulé, conseil en home Staging, photos et reporting sur toutes les visites organisés on su faire la différence. Madame Nora m’a permis de trouver l’appartement de mes rêves par la suite. Je recommande cette agence et leurs agents les yeux fermés.
