The service was excellent. Needed a rush service for a Google Pixel 3 broken screen, and William organises everything efficiently. His team was helpful and I would definitely trust him with my phone. Ali did a great job and even did it in front of us as we didn’t want it taken behind closed doors. Great job!

Inefficient, liars and rudes. Last November my laptop stopped reading the hard disk. I went to Misterphony 75 rue de Turenne 75003 Paris because I really needed my laptop, and the store was open on sunday. They said that the laptop just needs a welding spot and that I could either pay 60 for the diagnostic or 130 for the reparation. I agreed to pay for the reparation after they promised that I will have a month of warranty. Three days later the laptop stopped reading the hard disk again and I asked them to comply with the warranty. They took the laptop for 5 days. They made me go to pick it twice, but it didn't work until the third time. After that I tried to do not move the laptop because I already thought that they make bad reparations, but 10 days after it stopped reading the hard disk again. I asked then again to comply with the warranty but they said without checking the laptop that the reparation was ok and that the hard disk was broken. I said that given that it was the same problem- it did not read the hark disk- then they made a bad diagnostic. They said that the diagnostic was perfect because their engineer was the "best of Paris" and they told me how much he earns per month ... I said that I wouldn't have pay 130 if I knew that they were going to do a reparation that will work for thirteen days and without warranty, and they answered that if I would want my money back, I will have to go to the court. I insisted that It was on the warranty period and the clerk hit the table and said that he will take the laptop. In that moment I understood that if I gave them the laptop, the hard disk, for sure, would be broken. An honest company confirmed that the problem is the welding spot. Misterphony didn't answer when I try to contact the company. I totally advise against Misterphony.

BOUTIQUE AU TOP! Ne cherchez plus.. elle mérite ses excellents commentaires et son personnel est agréable et à l'écoute. Prix raisonnables. Changement d'un connecteur de charge pour S10 suite à un défaut de charge rapide et transfert de fichiers. Résolu! Un tout petit problème est survenu sur la carte mère mais le nécessaire a été fait et sans frais.. quand d'autres n'auraient pas jouer franc jeu et auraient fait l'autruche. .. Vous pouvez y aller aussi pour la pose d'un film protecteur sur mesure, c'est net et sans bavure! Bref, personnel arrangeant donc note au max! C'est une boutique faite pour la satisfaction client comme on en trouve peu dans ce domaine, voir sur Paris... Merci à vous!
