I had a really horrible experience with My Flat in Paris. I rented an apartment in Paris for 4 weeks, went on holiday for a few days, and returned to find that the apartment was broken into and my personal items were stolen! I contacted My Flat in Paris immediately (on their emergency line which is meant to work on weekends and evenings) and they did not respond. They then refused to include my statement in the police report or to support or compensate me in any way!! I had taken all the security measures expected and it is clear that their apartment was targeted!! I would NOT recommend them at all!! Im adding a comment in september 2020 as MFIP tried to delete my initial comment and called my profile “fake”. This is so aggressive and untrue. I stayed in a flat on Rue Torricelli in Paris 75017 and have proof of the whole experience. Even more evidence of their horrible service...

Very expensive. I don't know why corporates choose these apartments. I found Lodgis to be more transparent and costs way lesser. Very unprofessional when it comes to returning the deposit. They don't make it clear as to what is charged when the apartment is to be checkout before the agreed checkout date. They have a cleaning service but it is more of a checking service who complain when something is not right and complain to your company and not to you in person.
Little professional and fraudulent company trying to charge their tenants for pre-existing or self-caused damages to the apartment.
My Flat In Paris m'a causé moultes problèmes et m'a obligé à écourter mon séjour prévu à la base du 2 au 10 Septembre 2020 dans un 2 pièces pour 2100 pour 8 jours. Heureusement, ma société SANOFI a pris en charge tous les frais. J'ai fait une remontée d'information exhaustive et significative. De plus, c'est avec un grand choc, en lisant les avis clients, que je m'aperçois que My Flat In Paris répond aux avis défavorables, et ceci de façon systématique, comme quoi il s'agit de fake news !!! Je connais personnellement une salariée de Sanofi qui a subie cette accusation pour son avis et je peux assurer qu'après échange, son témoignage est réel et n'est en aucun cas une Fake News .. !! Pour ma part j'assume totalement mon écrit :[email protected]. MY FLAT IN PARIS EST UNE BANDE D'INCOMPETENT ET TRES TRES MALHONNÊTE ET SURTOUT UNE CERTAINE MONICA RUS (la comptable, ingérable) !!
Les appartements sont très bien équipés, il y a tout ce qu il faut pour se sentir chez soi à Paris. Le receptionniste qui a fait mon entrée dans l'appartement et qui m a remis les clés a été très sympathique, opérationnel, efficace et ponctuel ! Cathleen au bureau est très arrangeante aussi. Je recommande les appartements et les services de my Flat in Paris pour un séjour business a Paris.
