The best noodle but bland soup. I ordered small royal red miso ramen with separated spicy sauce. The noodle is superb, it's at the right level of softness, very good feeling when chewing it, the best in Paris I have to say. The egg yolk is at the right state, cooked but not too dry. The pork meets the standard. However, all the good things above are ruined by the soup. It is so bland and lack of body. Even after I added some spicy sauce with the hope that it will improve the blow, it's only spicy with no other compliment flavours. If anyone from the restaurant read this, please improve your soup, it's the most vital part of ramen! Apart from that, the service is good. The restaurant also receive ticket restaurant.

Lovely restaurant, serious staff, not too expensive if you eat only the main dish. Extraordinary meat, egg, broth quality.

Hearty and exactly what we needed. The service was great! They spoke English and the food came out fast. The pork was sooo good, one of the best I've had.

Just opened, but already a thriving family owned business. High recommendations on the Gyoza, the best I ate so far. We really loved the Miso Ramen, which had a great taste and lots of flavours. The noodles were hand made and perfectly cooked. For dessert we had iced Macha Mochi. If you want to enjoy a great atmosphere, great food and a five star service go there.

Literally the best ramen I’ve ever had. Broth was supreme. Veggies were perfectly cooked. Noodles weren’t overdone. Amazing. Also the waiter spoke perfect English which was tremendously helpful.

Ramens are delicious, and last time I had such wonderful Gyozas was in Japan. If you add quick service and very nice peoples, this is now my favorite Ramen in Paris.
