Wouldn't give a refund for wrong sized item only store credit. Not Ideal as I wanted to spend my money somewhere that had the right sized product. Staff were not very helpful on the situation either. Would not return because of this.
My wife and I visited London and Paris from LA and I wanted to check out the shops. We tried to go to Palace in London, but the line was around the block and was stacked with sneakerhead kids and few real skaters (not to mention we couldn't have afforded a pair of socks even if we had gone in). Nozbone in Paris, on the other hand, has great stuff with fair pricing. The staff was super cool. It's just a real neighborhood spot. One of my favorite shops in the world. If you're a visitor like I was, go cop one of their shirts or a deck or both like I did.
