Very quick service and appointment booked online. Staff friendly and informative. Recommended for an eye check up.

I had my check up in October and already wrote one review. I am writing a second one because I just discovered thru my private insurance that the dismissive, uncaring doctor had charged me waaaay more than the normal consultation fee. I found this out when my insurance refused to pay the amount, explaining that this was a “depassement d’honoraire”. I don’t understand why there was an extra charge when he literally took 2 seconds to check my eye. I find this to be very unethical. This doctor Cyril is clearly in the profession just for the money.

Doesn't meet the standards of a simple medical center. I wonder, how they are allowed to do their business in France. The stuff are extremely tired, with no spirit of assisting the customers. The worst experience with the cashier, so rude. She did not make a chance to hear my viewpoint about the payment procedure. Not recommended!!

Efficient and easy. I don't know why people compare this place to a \factory\. Yes you see a few different people at different stations but that makes the process fluid. Everyone was friendly, I was in and out with glasses/contacts prescription in 1.5 hours at 17h30 and I made the rdv the day prior on Doctolib. Under 60. What else could you ask for?

Quite long queues (but not terribly long), which is a surprise when you have an appointment booked for a specific time. Doctor Maillon was arrogant and refused to do any retina checks, except for once automated, did not listen to any argument and was pushing me to leave as soon as possible (since there were dozens more people waiting, as I reckon). The only thing he genuinely cared of was if I want to have a laser surgery or not. To me this is laziness and/or incompetence. Doctor, who's main function is to sign papers based on machine checks, should be out of practice. Good points: they speak English and it is easy to book, worths if the only thing you need is a glasses receipt.

It is good to get fast rdv directly online. I got the appointment on the very same day I looked for it. But it is a bit pricy and I queued quite long time once there.
