Its very conveniently located and has a great jazz place around. On line 7 metro, the whole of Paris is accessible and even during strike only took me an hour to walk till the louvre. the people are amazing and helpful
like
my first home away from home. it wasn't what i was expecting from Paris haha but it was still home.none the less so many beautiful memories and wonderful.people
I am very dissatisfied from this apartment since I came and it's been only two weeks. Many things are broken down like the shutter or the cupbpards in the bathroom and no one cares to fix them. It took them more than a month from the day we arranged the movein to send me the contract of my stay here and I couldn't even open a bank account. I was spaming them with phone calls and emails and they didn't even respond to me. Now the best of all is that I found cockroaches in the kitchen, I told them and they don't care even to do a disinfection immediately. It's been a week and I am still waiting. All day the cockroaches walk in the kitchen, I cannot cook because they always show up. I find 10-20 cockroaches every day, all my kitchen objects are in the bath because I don't want them with the cocks. They have many shelters in the kitchenette, I have told to the responsible people here what happened and they are just waiting, studelites don't even respond. So, at the moment I live with my lovely cocks. This is inacceptable for a student residence, both the ignorance the insalation and the hygienic conditions. At least they could inform us about the fact of the cocks before we entered the house. Now that we have paid a certain ammount of money of course they don't care. Totally unprofessional and inhuman behaviour.
Locataire depuis plus de 6 ans, j'ai vu la résidence se dégrader au fur et à mesure. - Très peu de ménage fait dans la résidence/couloir etc.. ampoule à changer etc. - - Réparations dans les logement très longue - Le courrier n'est plus distribué depuis plus d'un an dans cette résidence, pour obtenir votre courrier, vous devez le trouver dans la boîte collectif et trier le courrier de tous les résidents au passage avant de trouver le votre dans la pile. ----- Résidence à fuir.
Personnellement ça fait un an que j'y habite et je très satisfait! Résidence très bien localisée sur une avenue avec toutes les commodités et transport. Point fort: Le Gardien Anis! il s'acharne pour répondre aux demandes des résidents et nous dépanne à tous les coups. les locaux sont bien entretenus . Point faible: le délais des interventions de réparation.
Je suis dans la résidence depuis septembre. La résidence est calme, dans un quartier sympa. Elle est bien entretenue. Le point positif est la présence d'un gardien qui peut réellement dépanner. Le point négatif est que BNP (gérant de la résidence) met énormément de temps pour effectuer des réparations.
Environnement convivial avec notamment une cafette qui permet de côtoyer les voisins. Gérant de la résidence au top avec une grande disponibilité et serviabilité.
Résidence correcte et sécurisée. Surtout grâce au gardien Anis qui est très disponible et fait en sorte que tout se passe bien.
