I was visiting Paris and I had problem with my Samsonite luggage. I called the store and a helpful and kind lady Emma suggested me to visit the store and will check my luggage. She told me if it is not broken more likely can help me. When I had been to the store they were 2 member of staff not the lady I spoke. They didn't want to spend time with me and told me to go to the Samsonite service, which I have done. The problem was much more simple, accidentally I changed my code hence the luggage couldn't close. If they were spending 2 min and asked the right question I would safe time and money.

Outlet could be more spacious. not too many collections displayed as expected in a flagship store. May be the interior design and article display is not giving much visibility of product varieties

We contacted this store to inquire about replacing a wheel on one of our cases that had gone missing during our previous travels. My husband took the case to their store where fortunately they had a wheel and its housing in stock. My husband would have replaced both but had no screwdriver to do so. The ladies in the shop insisted they would do the replacement and contact us later when it was done. This was despite the fact they were knee deep in boxes they were unpacking at the time. True to their word they called a few hours later to inform that the wheel and housing had been replaced. When my husband returned to collect the case they would not accept any payment at all. i.e. not for the replacement parts or for their time spent making the repair. We cannot express how helpful, kind & generous they were. If you need a case or anything else like this in Paris please go to this store. They are exceptional!

Honestly I was in total disarray as I has completely forgotten my newly acquired samsonite suitcase code. But as fate would have it I came across a Samsonite store during my shopping escapades on the boulevard Capucines, went in met this very smart and warm gentleman that assured me that even though the case wasn’t bought in their store but it could be opened there. The following morning my Fiance and I went in with out heavy samsonite suitcase and met someone else I was all disappointed knowing that I had previously spoken to the young man Angel by name . To my utmost surprise she was a darling . Dalis asked us to return in 20 minutes but out of the store we didn’t even get to Cafe de la Paix when she came running that she was done ,meaning ,yes she has opened the suitcase! I was over the moon. She even took her time to teach us how to put in the code . So I asked what the bill was she said nothing so I bought a suitcase tag from the store. I just want to say if all Store Asistants were likeAngel and Dalis sales would be sky rocketing! They’re both professional ,warm and super welcoming! By the way Dalis I am coming for the Bordeaux samsonite de luxe soonest.
