I made an order 3 weeks in advance and it still has not arrived. Contacted every contact number and email address that was available and no one seems to be able to offer any solution as to where the SIM cards are. I asked for a refund on two occasions and they said that they would “get back to me” and not once have they contacted me back as promised. This is so frustrating as I’m leaving in a matter of days and I’m now forced to buy SIM cards overseas at an astronomical price because of their terrible customer service. I urge customers to be wary and purchase at their own discretion, if things go wrong they will not help you.

Would not recommend this to anyone, just wait till you get to your destination and buy one there, they are available all over, and cheaper. I bought one that was good for 14 days, but it started days before I arrived in Europe, I emailed the company to find out why, they took days to finally respond, and the reply was basically there’s nothing they could do. Most of the text messages sent did not go through, I didn’t make any calls so I can’t comment on that part of the service. My service stopped with a few days remaining on my trip so I had to pay even more to top it off. Having a SIM card from Europe is a great idea and comes in very handy, just not from this company

Very good customer service Received the SIM car in time as advertised. SIM card work very well we got good connection in Germany, Spain and France and we had no issue with this product I would recommend this company to anyone

I bought a sim card for Europe so I could have data and calling. The data worked fine but calling NEVER worked. Every time I tried to call I received a message that my minutes were used up. I e-mailed the company - they called me (apparently incoming calls worked) and then assumed everything was fine. It was not! I still couldn't call out and couldn't reach them to fix it. I was on vacation and didn't want to waste my time dealing with these clowns. I recommend going elsewhere. I would not use them again. Maybe now they will reach out to me and actually believe something was wrong. I feel ripped off and annoyed that they didn't believe me when I said there was an issue with the card they gave me!
