My rating is low because we had paid our deposit of half for a wedding suit and when they eventually managed to prepare a first fitting, the suit was a few sizes too small and the material was not as he had described, we contacted him in the store to request a solution and it was to choose another fabric, so we did. Once confirmed that the price will not change we left the store happy. The following morning we are called to disguss the price for both suits, we explained again that the suit he provided was not what we had requested and we were told that this would not be an issue when we left. He was quite rude to that remark and eventually stated that we must pay half for the first one and 20% for the second, we do not feel that we can trust him.

My boyfriend a big fan of the store from the Shanghai age. Guillaume advice is very satisfying and the atmosphere and service of the store are talking the best!!!!!!!
That is appalling behaviour, how could they take advantage of people in that manner, especially the ones who are purchasing a wedding suit. Sonya Paulin, I wish you luck on your special day, and I for one will not be purchasing anything from their store.

Premier test chez cette marque de sur-mesure, prise de rendez-vous et accueil le 03/09 pour une chemise, prise des mesures, délai de 3 semaines annoncé, tout se passe bien jusque-là. Au bout de 3 semaines, n'ayant pas reçu de nouvelles ni de mail j'appelle la boutique, et on m'indique que la commande n'a jamais été envoyée au tailleur, seulement enregistrée... donc la chemise ne risquait pas d'arriver car pas envoyée en production. On m'annonce donc un délai \express\ de 10 jours supplémentaires pour recevoir la chemise. Et 10 jours plus tard lorsque je reprends contact avec la boutique, on m'annonce que la chemise sera prête encore 10 jours après. Soit un total d'un mois et demi Pas d'avis sur le rapport qualité/prix n'ayant toujours pas reçu le produit, mais le respect des délais et la logistique sont catastrophiques, ne soyez pas pressé. Très insatisfait
