Mid may there were plenty of people requesting russian visa. Individuals and agencies with huge suitcases of passports. I came at the official opening hour (website doesn't provide sufficient info! no prices!) 9am, there were 36 persons before me already! Do come at 8h30 and count 1-2hours to spend here. I left at 11am (3 min per person). Service was polite. Private visa costs 64 euros (consulate fee 35 service fee).

Waiting time is a bit long but employees are very kind and pleasant!

With a 60 euro extra fee you can be treated to a \premium\ experience with is detailed on the website. Payments are cash only...

Good visa processing center. You get to see some pretty irrational scenes in there while waiting but it’s rather funny. I found that staff were pro and processing fast all the demands.

Very efficient and well organised service. Visas are very expensive though.

Because I had to pay for 23 paper printing at the normal window, I was suggested to use the VIP service, which costed 60. The lady at the reception told me I didn’t need to pay for the paper print at VIP service, and 60 also included the visa service 29 (normal window), so it was only around 7 difference. At the end I paid 40 more. When I confronted with her. She said she didn’t know how much I had to pay for the papers (I told her 23 in total). A french guy was next to us when I consulted the price difference and he understood the same thing as me, also another Chinese. Worst visa experience ever!!

Worst ever, personal is fine but they are not even well organized to give the FAN IDs for the world cup. For those who will still pick them up, go from 3pm to 5pm as they cannot do it in the morning (and they dont communicate it as well). Thanks I wont be able to get into the match I’ve paid. Congrats.

Very slow service, web site doesn't really offer all the info you need. I spent two hours and a journey to Paris to find out I couldn't submit the application three months earlier than my departure.
