Its kind of like the guitar center of France... and not in a good way. I've had some good experiences in the past but lately their showroom floor has been poorly maintained. Last time I stopped in they had broken items out on display for demo, guitars just placed on the floor against the walls and employees that are less knowledgeable and indifferent to the customer. So yeah, basically a Guitar Center but in france.

They've got varieties of musical instruments but you have to struggle and smuggle your way to get things and advice yourself because their sale attendants are always not available to attend to you. Except you go there in the morning before 12noon. This is annoying and pathetic for a customer. Today,I waited and wandered around in the store for 25 minutes to buy a wireless Mic to no avail. When I lodged my complain I was told by a lady at the counter that one of their colleagues is absent that's why! As if this should be a customer's problem. I have been their customer for many years is the same scenario !!!
