Absolutely terrible service. I very rarely write reviews but my experience with IT Sauveur has made me so angry that I felt compelled The first issue was that the guy simply did not turn up to the initial appointment. I waited in my hotel in Poitiers for over an hour, tried to call several times but to no avail. Finally I gave up and went out for dinner. On coming back to the hotel, the receptionist at the hotel told me that the guy turned up 90 minutes late. When the appointment finally took place Bogdan did successfully replace the screen on my phone. I asked him several times whether it was a high quality screen he was installing and of course he insisted it was a genuine Apple screen. OK I didn't really believe that despite his protestations but I at least believed it would work without any serious issues. Issues: 1) After a few hours the screen started freezing up quite badly 2) Parts of the screen didn't really respond to touch 3) After a week the screen went blank and never worked again I have since had the screen replaced again by another company now that I'm back in London and all is fine. I would STRONGLY warn against using this company unless you want to lose your money and risk making your phone worse than it already is.

J'ai voulu faire livré à plusieurs reprises des colis chez ce commerçant. A chaque fois j'ai eu des soucis. La boutique est fermé ou ouverte à des horaires qui sont au bon vouloir du gérant. Je trouve ça inadmissible. Vraiment évité si vous ne voulais pas attendre votre colis pendant 1 mois.
Très bon réparateur, très competence et il fait rapide. J'ai déposé mon ordinateur le matin et le début de l' après-midi il est réparé. Merci IT-SAUVEUR.
Très professionnel, rapide et prix très abordables.
Je me suis rendu à it-sauveur parce que j'avais besoin d'un chargeur pour 3 jours après avoir oublié le mien dans une autre ville. J'ai donc demandé à son gérant si il pouvait m'en louer un ce qu'il m'a dit être impossible. J'accepte cela, j'achète donc un chargeur à 35. Le prix est un peu plus cher que la concurrence mais le vrai problème est qu'en plus, le chargeur est d'OCCASION, ce qu'il ne m'avait pas annoncé. Selon moi, le magasin n'a pas été commerçant, ne m'a pas vendu un produit neuf comme c'était sous entendu. Je déconseille.
Hormis un délai rallongé de 24h à 48h pour le changement d'écran de mon Mi9T. Le travail est impeccable et le tarif raisonnable. Bravo ! Je recommande !
Efficace et pratiquant des tarifs corrects . Iphone remis en selle en 1 h . Recommandé
A plusieurs reprises je suis venue aux horaires d'ouverture et me suis cassé le nez
