Great service and good products! 5 stars when they get ARAI in their sortiment

Very expensive and not well organised. They did an oil change even though I told them that I had already done it myself and didn't back up when confronted. Also they used the wrong oil (10W40 instead of the recommended 5W50). They charged 155 for that \petite revision\ (of a 50cc scooter worth 500) that resulted in nothing being done except the unnecessary oil change. They told me they'd call when they're ready but they didn't.

Très sympa. Bon accueil. Au top pour la vente. MAIS catastrophique pour le service après... Délais de livraison très longs. Jamais rappelé, malgré les promesses. Vraiment pénible. C'est dommage.

Accueil très sympa et très pro. Les collaborateurs sont toujours dispo pour prodiguer leurs conseils, éclairés et objectifs, sur le matériel (novice dans le milieu du 2-3 roues), notamment dans mon choix du casque et autre blouson. Merci également à Max pour son écoute, ses conseils et ses solutions trouvé quant à l'achat de mon Tricity 300.
