Personally, i have not visited this place but the aura as (seen in images) generated by cleanliness shows the passion & civic sense of the countrymen in keeping their place alluring is inspiring and appreciative!!

busy place but the trains are very easy to learn. Customer service could be better, we asked for information about tickets and the lady was rude 'cause we don't speak French. New York station can be more complicated than this place.
Super dirty, (this place has never been cleaned in depth, look how many chewing gums on the floor!), escalators which are frequently out of order, not well lit, the ceiling looks like it’s going to fall off at any moment, it smells nasty and there are plenty of people begging or asking for food. Not a good welcome to the business center of Paris and of France.
