Great location, beautiful ancient quarter. Inside the apartment there are really nice elements from the old times like a chimney, a stone sink, an old window, etc. Meanwhile all the equipment is fine and in perfect condition. I don't know what can be better for a weekend in Périgueux. To the owner: Please add some extra heater. Even in October I had to use the existing heater a lot, while in winter it will get even colder. Especially in the bathroom it was quite cold. Also a soap dish in the bathroom would be perfect. I had to use the small ceramic dish from the kitchen.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Very clean and tidy with dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Free WIFI and Netflix connection on the large TV. Entry codes to the outer door and apartment easy to input. Free parking circa 100 yards away.
Nous avons choisi le studio ATYPIQUE et n'avons pas été déçus de notre choix. Sis au 2ème étage via un escalier assez étroit mais authentique, le studio est vaste, tout neuf, joliment décoré, très propre, bien éclairé avec du charme et en plus, une vue plein sud sur la rivière. On s'y sent bien, le grand lit est très bon. Je constate que François est un professionnel qui ne néglige rien et fait tout pour rendre la vie des voyageurs très simple.

Un cadre extérieur exceptionnel et un appartement très stylé, parfaitement entretenu. François est un hôte très chaleureux et arrangeant. Je recommande.
excellente situation. calme. Studio où tout a été calculé au plus juste pour donner dans un minimum d'espace un maximum de commodités. De plus, l'accueil par François fut très chaleureux. Nous reviendrons!

Tout est bien refait à neuf. Dans le centre historique, juste en dessous de la cathédrale donc très bonne situation. Vue sur \l'échafaud\. Ce fut un bon séjour (tv avec Netflix pour les jours de pluies ;))
