A museum well worth the visit, which adds a lot of information to the cathedral next door. We were lucky enough to take part in a (free) tour which really highlighted the key elements and brough the history of the place alive as well as given more context on the elements exhibited. In some cases you have original statues from the cathedral in the museum room and you can see the replacement ones on the cathedral from the window, which helps get a sense of the grandiose scale of the cathedral.

I have been trying to experience the museum of my adopted country while covid has kept most tourists away. I have seen a lot of museums that have done a good job balancing the safety of visitors with the ability to still see and understand the exhibit. This was not one of them. The gestures taken for covid seem haphazard at best and nonsensical at worst. Also, as a warning, all explanation plaques are in French which is fine. More worryingly, signs indicating directions and important information are inconsistently translated into English and German (sometimes one, sometimes both, sometimes neither) and the translations (in English anyway) are mostly terrible.
Very educational and the people were very friendly.
Beautiful museum, although none of the explanations were in English it was still worth a visit.
I went in the morning and was quiet and I enjoyed a lot!
Short, self-guided tour takes about an hour. Most exhibitions do not have an English translation.
Even though the palais is nice, our visit felt like a rip-off. 2 tickets for 8 euros and two audio tours for 3 euros each was way too much for such a small place.
It was okay, good thing it has detailed description and historic explanation of certain builduing and status.
