Horrible customer experience the people who sell at the shop will shout at you if you look around just trying to find something to buy. Also all products are expired check the expiration date before you try to purchase anything. I hope consumer protection will do something about this.

I had a very bad experience with the old lady staff in the shop!!!!! My boyfriend tried to wear the sun glasses, and she rudely said we should be careful to touch!!!! She made us feel very sad, and give us a bad impression of the Nice people, and I think she is discriminate the people who can’t speak french！never can back again!
We came inside the shop while waiting for our train to Paris in early morning. An old guy came to us and said “don’t touch the toys” while we were checking on the toys. We were buying a bottle of water and he told us “no drink inside shop” because we bought breakfast at bakery but we were not eating and coffee was with lid. My advise is not to step inside the shop at all! Rude!!!!
Boy, what a lot of 1-star reviews! I'll add my experience: I wanted to buy a couple of magazines for a friend of mine, a 78-year-old Frenchwoman who lives in Denmark. So I tried to photograph the magazine rack so she could see what was available. Then one of the male clerks started telling me to not take pictures. The management should tell the employees that verbally assaulting 75-year-old tourists is not good manners.
Utterly rude and contemptuos stuff member - should find another career outside retail. Vile.
