I cannot recommend Vetovie enough. The entire staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Their facilities are high quality and always clean. The staff really goes the extra distance, I speak limited French and they are more than accommodating to me; many of their staff are fully fluent in english. I would recommend anyone to take their animals to Vetovie. Our dog is very, very scared of people, we adopted him from an SPA, and the staff at Vetovie are very understanding of him. He isn't violent, but he barks at strangers, and we easily put a muzzle on on him (provided by Vetovie) to make it easier for the staff to perform their duties if necessary. However, despite how scared our dog is of people he has been able to make friends with a few of the staff to the point where he no longer barks at them after he recognizes them, and the occasional treat from the staff does help . The staff have even offered that I can stop by and visit during the week with the dog to try and get him more used to strangers (as I said their staff goes above and beyond). Overall there is nothing they can do to improve, they are simply the best.
I would recommend this veterinarian to anyone. They are very knowledgeable and kind. I cannot recommend this veterinarian enough. I also wanted to say a special thank you to Alexis. My French is still quite bad, but Alexis speaks incredible English and he made the whole experience very enjoyable.

Directeur très professionnel, et compréhensif. Castration qui c'est très bien déroulée.
Mon petit Loki est suivit depuis tout-petit là-bas et ils ont toujours était super. Très à l'écoute, prévenant et surtout tellement gentil.. contrairement à d'autre ce n'est pas une usine ! Je recommende vivement. En plus les tarifs sont vraiment à la portée de tous.
Clinique très professionnelle, personnel accueillant. Notre petite Po à été très bien traitée. Je recommande vivement !
