Perfect location! It was so cool to be able to spend 3 months (while I was working as intern during the summer) in the 2nd floor. I had a great time with all my roommates :) The apparments are well equipped and very cozy for students. Also you downstairs and there's a commun terrace to chill. The propriety owner is very nice and also attentive.

Excellent place to stay if you are studying in Chambéry or for stays in summer. The rooms are spacious, the common spaces well adapted and with a terrace large enough for the whole residence. The location is one of the strong points, very close to the centre of Chambéry, with small shops in the area, parks and bus stops very close to the residence.
Rented a room in the building for 2 month during summer 2019. The room was decent size for France standards. Although it is not equipped with AC (quite common in France), a fan is provided which is nice. The kitchen is shared and has everything you might need. There is even a dishwasher and a coffee machine. A laundry machine is also available for 2 euros per wash. The location of the building is also good. As it is close to bus stops, bars, groceries stores and the train station (10 min walk). All in all, it is good place for students. Plus, the landlord is super nice and honest.
I highly recommend this place to stay in Chambéry. The location was perfect. It was quite central and not a noisy area. Only a 5/7 min walk to the train station and a bus stop directly outside. Very close to “une boulangerie” and “un tabac”. Lovely spacious room with high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Very welcoming and friendly landlady.
Residenza comoda per studenti: ho condiviso l'appartamento del secondo piano con le mie compagne di università per tutto l'anno scolastico e, nonostante l'edificio sia \datato\ (1907) e gli spazi comuni (cucina, corridoio, bagno) un po' piccoli, mi sono trovata piuttosto bene. Le stanze da letto (tutte singole) sono ampie e luminose e la cucina è ben equipaggiata (microonde, lavastoviglie, forno). Se si studia al campus di Jacob e ci si sposta a piedi (come nel mio caso) la posizione non è delle più comode, ma appena dinnanzi al cancello d'entrata c'è la fermata dell'autobus e nel cortile della residenza c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare la bicicletta; altrimenti, essendo a solo 5 minuti dal centro, la posizione è più che strategica. Proprietaria molto gentile, sempre raggiungibile e disponibile.
Une résidence magnifique, très bien située, avec des chambres propres et bien équipées. Je recommande
