Terrible expérience. They should have kept my car 1 week but instead they kept it 3 weeks, done a really bad job and tried to trick me by moving one of the wheels on the other side instead of replacing it, hoping I won't notice. I had to return so they do again what they've done bad and it's still not a good job. In the picture on the left is the rear door they replaced and on the right the original front door. They've kind of fixed that afterwards but the door whistles because of poor installation. Some of the personnel was incredibly rude. They have many clients because they have deals with insurance companies so they can afford to treat you despicable and cheat as much as possible, but people should know they are not obliged to go with the insurer's recommended garage and definitely avoid Rosandrea. I have pictures and proof on everything I stated here so I would advise the garage not to even try and challenge my review. The way they tried to trick me with the wheel I think describes this business best.

Carrosserie formidable ! Enfin un patron honnête, consciencieux et compétitif ! Puis fort sympathique ! Suite a un accident non responsable, ils ont été très arrangeant vis a vis de mes obligations envers mes 2 petits, de ce fait je n’ai pas subit de contrainte et ai récupéré ma voiture dans la journée Je recommande et je parle de vous car vous méritez vraiment votre sympathique reputation Merci a tous
J'ai fait faire une réparation d'un tuyau hydraulique qui était défectueux sur ma c5. Résultat ma voiture ne monte plus en mode route. Résultat je roule sans amortisseurs hors avant elle montait et descendait comme il faut le coût ma coûté 285euros pour rouler sans suspensions
