Violence is allowed here. Yesterday, I came to here and took a horror rides with my friend at almost 16h.While riding the tram, the man who was covered with the clown having the noisy chainsaw threatened us. That was not so but. However at the end of the rides, the man with chainsaw grabbed my hair and pulled out from the tram. I forced to came out with the pain, but the clown grabbed and drag my hair again. I could not say anything with shock and pain. When I tried to leave here, a French woman who looked like so shocked, she asked me "I saw the action. Did he grabbed your hair at the rides!?” I noticed that the first time there I was done incredible things. I turned back and said to the clown “Don’t do the same things to other women again”. But I can only speak English and couldn’t speak a good French ...At that time, there was no apology from clown at all. I was so disappointed and so sad.
Foire St Romain is commonly known as one of the biggest fair in France. You can have fun with the attraction or having lunch/ dinner in a pop-up restaurant. It starts from end of october - end of November.
This fair is massive. It also gives you a headache. I don't think it's just middle age when I say that the volume and treble/bass EQ is way out of whack compared to the fairs of my youth. There are some pretty wild adult rides. Kids' rides tend to be a bit samey... an awful lot of "little car merry go rounds".
Really good horror house
Probably the biggest "fête foraine" (traditional French outdoor event) in France... Typically French.
