For my first apartment ever, I can easily acknowledge that this is a very calm, clean and well managed residency. The manager is very responsive and almost always available to assist in any problem encountered.

When I arrived as an International Student for my masters in France, I knew nobody. The Building Manager Fanelie Pognante and Ophelie Latchoumanin were so nice and really helped me feel at home. They helped me by answering my numerous questions and assisted in my adaptation. I had seen pictures of the building Residence Carline and read positive reviews here and I was pleasantly surprised that the facility exceeded my expectations. Apart from it being clean and quiet the rooms are also spacious and conducive for academic performance. Health and well being is also catered for by the Gym and Sauna in the building. Theres also a laundry room and Kfet multipurpose room that I use for studying on weekends with my classmates. Also the internet provided by wifirst is super fast and reliable The building is very safe and I recommend Residence Carline to anyone who wants a peaceful place and conducive environment in the wonderful city of Grenoble. P.S The residents are super nice

I'm happy to be moving out of here in December. I'm currently writing this from my mobile phone as the \fiber internet\ provided is too weak to access a simple web page during most hours of the day. In addition to this, nothing ever gets fixed when it breaks (which happens a lot). The warm water comes and goes as it pleases. Just not up to the standard that you're paying for.

Newly furnished residence. The price is little bit expensive. With some services which are overpriced compared to the quality BUT in the recently the new manager made some improvements which are satisfactory . The area is quite but far from any tram stop (12 min walking). The nearest stop is for bus C1 (2 min walking) which is a regular bus and take to the city center. It is highly recommended to have a bike so you can reach city center in 4 mins.

A bit on the expensive side, but very convenient for people staying for a few months. It is a new building so most of the equipment is new and it is well maintained and clean. Nice views of the river and mountains too.

Could anybody please help me. I was residing in this resident from January 2017 to July 2017. I left the apartment around 8 months back but still did not get back my security money, which was supposed to be refunded just after one month of my departure. I mailed so many time to Malvina, the contact lady but did not get back any reply from her side. I am very much disappointed and almost loose my hope with the French authority. If somebody can help me it will be a great help. Thanks in advance. .

The rooms themselves are quite okay; small kitchen area, nice big bathroom and comfortable bed, lots of places to store your things. HOWEVER, the hot water keeps cutting on and off every week, and every time you talk about it to the woman downstairs she says you need to call the renting company, and when you do, they tell you that you need to talk to the lady downstairs. For the 10 months I have been here, there must have been a total of 1 month worth of days without hot water. Also, the wi-fi is very slow and keeps cutting off and it takes them days to grant you access again. I would HIGHLY recommend that you find another place to stay, as some people also have problems getting their deposit money back once they left. They have horrible customer service so good luck getting that money back. AVOID.

Pretty sure I lived above the room management grew pot in. I was tricked into signing the the EDLS, final papers, before it was filled out by management (illegal) and had to pay about 50 for nonsense charges. Additionally everyone is forced to pay for overpriced, unnecessary hygiene kit. Avoid if you can.
