If I could give zero starts I would. This is a horribly poor service. They confirm a delivery day and then send a text message that they are not coming, they say they came but didn't ring the door. Impossible to understand where the shipment is (2 colis, in different parts of France for some reason??). 3 days spent...for not receiving. Notably, I have had good experience from other DPD locations, so this must be location specific. Avoid them at all cost!

Worst delivery experience of my entire life. They recommended me a delivery point (Point Relais). They went 3 times before the place was open!! After that, we called and asked them to pick it up at DPD Annecy and they tell us they have logistics problems and we should go the day after. The day after, we call to make sure the package is there, and they said that the package is on the truck because the person forgot to update the request. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Called many times and asked to talk to a superior person and the answer was \Your call does not require the assistance of a superior\ UN BE LI VE A BLE
Worst company ever!!! 3 days continuously they send me emails that the delivery failed WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION!! I lost 3 days of my life at home waiting for this useless company!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! Completely frustrated!!!
Absolutely terrible. They never deliver on time, often lie about you being unavailable or claim 'force majeur' prevented the delivery. Other companies easily find our address, DPD never bother. Always use another company if possible
Worst delivery company ever! 1) I did wait for them at the door and they told me that the delivery failed while I was waiting at the door. 2) I asked to deliver in the relay point in PERON (15km away) and they failed again. 3) They decided to deliver in BELLEGARDE (40km away) without my consent. I don't have a car and there is no public transportation to that point. How can I express my feelings without swearing??? Truly angry.
The worst courier service ever. A ridiculous time interval (9am-6pm) to pick up a parcel, and they have the courage to say I was not home, when they just didn't come. Their customer service is nonexistent. And it's not the first time they screw up. I fear every time I buy or order something and they are the courier assigned.
DPD is by far the WORST delivery service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my life. After the DPD driver furtively rang the doorbell and drove away as fast as possible, my package ended up in the Annecy sorting centre. I have a slip that says I should visit the DPD website and choose the next step for delivery. I selected \collection from a relay point\ one week ago, making sure to click the sneaky \validate your choice\ button at the bottom of the page, and I still have not received a confirmation from DPD that my package is available for collection. To make matters worse, every time I check the website, it says that DPD is still \waiting for instructions\ from me. There is no customer service number to call and I have not received an answer to my online inquiry about my case. The only thing that feels guaranteed is that these idiots will return my package to sender. I am warning everyone to steer clear of DPD!!!
