I am really not satisfied with the service provided and would not recommend using this provider! A pickup for a piece of furniture was organised on a Monday afternoon, I mentioned clearly on the phone that I would have to be present at the pickup point to be with an elderly person and I took an afternoon off work to do so. Additionally, the week before the job took place, I went to drop off a cheque with a 40% down payment as requested during our conversation. On Monday, waiting for the truck to arrive, towards the end of the afternoon, having had no information from the company, I called and was told that they were running late and should be another 30 minutes... One hour later I called back and was told between another 15 and 30 minutes... I waited for over an hour and no one showed up, no call to notify me on the situation... I had to leave the elderly lady who was very distressed by the situation, expecting someone might turn up at her door later that night... The following day, I called to rearrange a date... At no point in the conversation were an explanation or excuses given... It is apparently normal / not surprising that another date be booked... (Of course that meant sending someone to be with the elderly lady a second time and have to be available for the delivery... So instead of just one afternoon, I wasted another morning waiting so that the delivery could take place). To be fair, the delivery was done on the Friday with no problem as reconvened. But the point is that you pay for a removal service with a planned date, in my opinion the service should be done as agreed and if for whatever reason there is a delay, it is unacceptable to not inform the customer who is left waiting for absolutely nothing, waisting his time!

A éviter. Facturent de nouvelles prestations une fois sur place a un coût 2 fois supérieur a la concurrence une fois qu'on a le temps de vérifier.
Demande de tarification impossible pour un piano. Je suis déçu du service et de l’echange.
