Mojša Zaharavič Šahałaŭ known as Marc Chagall was Belarusian artist of Jewish origin. Many people come to Saint-Paul to see his final resting place but I believe they are disappointed. Like me. The tomb is just a simple plane marble cuboid. On the upper side are the names of the buried ones: Marc Chagall (1887-1985) Vava Chagall (1905-1993) (Valentina Brodsky, his second wife) Michel Brodsky (1913-1997) (Vavas brother).

I just entered the cemetery. Then an employee kindly pointed out the tomb of Marc Chagall for me, speaking in french. Thanks to him, I saved much time to find out the most famous tomb in there.
